In 2013, they opened Browns Consulting; Kadeem and Tenniel’s eclectic mix of skills and experiences form the foundation for a business aimed at improving the lives of others through the provision of skills, support and information about how best to manage financial, emotional, physical and relational health.

Kadeem is an experienced financial manager specialized in financial advising, organizational logistics, strategic planning, training and fiscal responsibility. Kadeem has completed studies at Ryerson University in Business Management and Business Law. Kadeem’s lived experience and work in a variety of settings has enabled him to develop expert knowledge in the provision of personal and small business financial consulting.
Tenniel Brown | Communication Consultant
For many years Tenniel Rock, B.A., M.S.W. has been committed to providing accessible and transformative services to many diverse individuals, families and groups across Canada. Tenniel studied counselling, developmental psychology and psychotherapy at Wilfrid Laurier University where she earned a Master of Social Work Degree. She has worked in the area of mental health, interpersonal communication and developmental psychology for over 10 years. She is a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor specialized in Partner Yoga and Stress Reductions techniques. Through many years of experiences as a therapist, educator and speaker Tenniel has developed a unique approach that effectively tackles professional and personal communication challenges, whilst strengthening and growing relationships.
